For a rental form click here.
For both resident and non-resident your completed rental form and payment of rental fee AND the $75 deposit are required to reserve the cabin. After your event if the cabin is found to be clean, no damages found and you’ve returned the key to Village Hall; your $75 deposit will be returned to you in the mail.
CABIN RENTAL INFORMATION: If the cabin is available on your requested date, in order to reserve the cabin you will need to pay the rental fee and deposit fee. A copy of your rental form will serve as your “permit” which you’ll need to have with you on the day of your event. We ask that you return the key the next business day following your event. Once we’ve received your key and the cabin inspection is clear, your $75 deposit will be mailed to you shortly thereafter.
LELAND PARK Pavilion
The rental fee for a Village of Roscoe resident is $25 and for a non-resident is $50. Your group will have access to the playground, basketball hoops, grassy areas and the baseball diamond (as long as the field is not being used by a league for practice or a game).
The completed rental form will serve as your permit which you’ll need to bring with you on the day of your event. This permit does NOT mean that you’re renting the playground, basketball hoops, tennis court, or grassy areas – so you may not ask people visiting the park to leave these areas.
